In the tragedies of El Paso and Dayton, and many other tragedies since 2016, what can happen when White Nationalism is glorified (among many other factors, but that was undoubtedly part of it).
I can't help but draw comparisons to Nazi Germany. You'd think that in the current times, when online rhetoric can be SO powerful, that people would be more careful about what they say.
I come from the place of someone who has made mistakes and said stupid, offensive shit that I regret on the internet growing up, but I have learned from it which I do think is really important. I know that words in chill group conversation settings may seem like they have no impact, but they CAN, and I don't think it's worth it. :\ Please be kind to each other.
