A lot of people sometimes join Fastings if they want to get health for Survivor
Like, if you want to join Survivor but you have 80 health, you could join a Fastings, get evicted, and have 90 health

if they ask to be voted out of fastings it is probably because they want health. Every time you join a fastings and get evicted you gain 10 health :)

So they probably wanted to join survivor with full health
