ok so in the shop it says somethings are 1T$ but sold out.. and it says only 5 were in stock. so does that mean i would have to constantly check the shop for new clothes to try and be the first 5 to get it? or is there some other way?

For gifting only, its a way to gift your friends not for public buying.
No thats pretty much right, you have to be super lucky to get a 1t buy though because what usually happens, is the shopowner just tells their friends they are about to post a 1t design so all the friends know exactly when its being posted and then they are the ones that end up getting it, so unless you are stalking the shop page 24/7 your chances of buying a 1t design are pretty slim
