SURVIVOR: THIRD TIMES THE CHARM Episode 6

imagePREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: With Randy gone, Troyzan knew he was on an island by himself. Troyzan asked Hali what happened, and Hali said that Randy was just annoying and needed to go. Troyzan told Hali he was done trying to appease her, and walked away. Troyzan immediately went to Stephen and David and told them that Hali was trouble. “She is pulling the wool over your eyes,” Troyzan said. David and Stephen laughed, knowing that they still had control over Hali, though they fed into Troyzan’s words and told him that Hali would be next to go. “As much as I want Shii Ann gone,” Troyzan said, “Hali screwed me over, and I want to see her go next.” At the Dangrayne tribe, things were moving pretty smoothly, with Russell warming up to Spencer, Gervase, Brenda, and Danielle again. Somehow, Russell was still annoyed at Eliza. “I just don’t think Eliza pulls her weight around camp,” Russell said to Spencer. Spencer knew that the tribe needed to continue winning so he wouldn’t have to show any cards. At the Murlonio tribe, Courtney was feeling better, and gloating about her winning performance in the challenge. “With every day that passes,” Peih-Gee said, “I feel like Courtney and Michaela are in a better position than me.” Peih-Gee was still on the hunt to get Rob out, but knew it would be hard to get any pull on the tribe. At the challenge, it was revealed that only ONE team would win. The challenge was a basic ball throwing competition, where they would try to knock over bottles. Straightforward, Troyzan hoped to save his butt for one week, though it was Gervase who stepped up to the plate and took a lead for Dangrayne. Murlonio was so far behind, with nobody being able to knock over a bottle. Dangrayne won the challenge, saving themselves, sending Nobag and Murlonio to tribal council. At the Murlonio beach, Peih-Gee knew that going after Rob was risky. Rob knew that Peih-Gee was the biggest threat and talked to Courtney and Michaela about getting her out. Courtney and Michaela knew that Peih-Gee probably wanted Rob out as well. “The problem is,” Rob said, “I’m almost confident Peih-Gee has an idol. So we need to put two votes on her, and two on Phillip.” Michaela and Courtney were in charge of voting Phillip, and Rob and Phillip would vote Peih-Gee. Peih-Gee was set on going after Rob, and told Courtney and Michaela that this was their chance. Michaela and Courtney both weren’t talking, so Peih-Gee knew that she was the target. She then had to approach Phillip as a last resort. “They’re voting me out, but I have an idol,” Peih-Gee said, “so you need to vote Rob with me.” Phillip cursed at her, telling her that she couldn’t control him, and he would do what he wanted. Peih-Gee was frustrated, knowing she was gaining any ground. At tribal council, Peih-Gee finally played her idol, knowing her game was on the chopping block. Rob, knowing this was a possibility, knew what was coming. Rob and Phillip’s votes for Peih-Gee didn’t count. Peih-Gee voted for Rob. Courtney and Michaela voted for Phillip, sending him home with a successful split vote. “You would’ve forced a tie had you voted for Rob,” Peih-Gee told Phillip. Phillip shook his head, knowing that he made a mistake in trusting Rob, and his time was cut short because he didn’t believe Peih-Gee. Rob smiled, knowing Peih-Gee was on her own and now without an idol. At the Nobag tribe, Troyzan knew he was in danger, but talked to David and Stephen about voting out either Shii Ann or Hali. “I do think the girls are going to start taking over if we don’t do something,” he said. Stephen and David knew that Hali was a more savvy player, but they also knew that Troyzan wasn’t going to help their games in the long run. At tribal council, Troyzan voted for Shii Ann, hoping to maybe salvage his relationship with Hali down the line, but the rest of the tribe unanimously voted out Troyzan, who saw his time at Survivor cut short. There was then an announcement that a tribe swap was in store, with the Murlonio tribe being no more. It was now just Nobag with 7 vs. Dangrayne with 8. And, there was another idol hidden on each beach.
