SURVIVOR: RANDOMIZED Episode 11

May 9, 2020 by SurvivorGames
imagePREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: Back at camp, Michelle couldn’t believe that Angela flipped on her. “As far as I’m concerned,” Michelle said, “Angela needs to go next.” Tyler and Jill worried that they’d be targeted next, since they were the last duo. “They split up Kenny and Michelle, they’re coming for us next,” Tyler said. Michelle approached Tyler and Jill and came up with a plan. “Hear me out,” Michelle said, “you guys could stage a fight, and ‘split up.’ That way nobody will target you guys as a pair anymore, and we can try to flip the switch on Ronnie and Angela as the biggest duo.” Tyler thought this plan was risky, but Jill knew that it might be the best way to save their skins. At camp, Tyler took an extra portion of rice, to which Jill berated him about it. Brendan and Chris watched, couldn’t believe what they saw. Jill screamed saying “I’m done with you buddy. You were my friend, but not anymore.” Brendan was confused, and Michelle approached, with her best acting chops asking, “what happened?” Brendan said that Jill and Tyler had a fight. Michelle told Brendan and Chris that she wanted to target Tyler and Jill, but now that they were free agents, they should go after Angela or Ronnie. After Michelle walked away, Chris turned to Brendan and said “I don’t buy it.” Chris saw through it. “They want to take the target off of Tyler and Jill, the biggest pair left, and they’re trying to make it seem like they’re individuals, not a pair,” Chris said. Brendan agreed. “They’re dangerous dude,” he said. Tyler and Jill secretly celebrated. “I think they bought it,” Jill said. Tyler was a bit worried that it would only make him look worse, but thought this was a good opportunity to not stick out as a duo. At the immunity challenge, the contestants had to race through water collecting bags, further using them to assemble a puzzle. The best swimmers were Brendan, Devon, and Gavin. By the time the puzzles were started, all three of them struggled. Tyler, Jill, Ronnie, and Michelle came up from the rear and started working on their puzzles. Jill and Ronnie both got miraculously quick on the puzzle, and Jill ended up finishing the puzzle before anyone else. Tyler was happy for his friend, but a bit nervous that their “fake feud” would only be worse for him. Back at camp, Brendan and Chris met with Gavin and Devon, telling them that Tyler and Jill had a fight, but weren’t too believable. “As soon as they finished fighting,” Chris said, “Michelle came to us and said ‘Well, I guess we can’t vote them out,’ as if they had immunity or something.” Devon thought it was fishy. “I’m fine going with Tyler,” Gavin said. The group agreed. Michelle talked to Devon, making sure everyone was on board to get out Ronnie or Angela. “I just think they’re a strong duo after last week and we should split them up,” Michelle said. Devon told her to vote for Angela. Michelle told Tyler and Jill that the plan to get rid of Angela stood, and Brendan, Gavin, Devon, and Chris were all on board. Ronnie and Angela hadn’t been approached to many people at all, but Angela wanted to vote out Michelle for blatantly being rude to her after tribal. Ronnie was fine with it, and told Brendan his plan to just go for Michelle. Wanting to keep things simple and controlled, Brendan didn’t tell Ronnie and Angela the plan to get rid of Tyler, in fear of some crazy drama conjuring up. At tribal council, Michelle said that she felt on the outs of the last vote, but hoped that she’d get another day. Tyler said that he and Jill had a bit of a falling out, obviously fibbing to keep up the story, and he hoped it wouldn’t come back to bite him. Brendan said that the fight was surprising, as Jill and Tyler were a strong duo, but them being split up may be a nice thing going forward in terms of numbers. “They went from being a powerful duo to two open votes,” Brendan said, to which Chris chimed in, “that’s if the fight was real.” This caused Tyler to get a bit panicked, seeing that Chris was onto him. After the vote, Tyler was nervous. Michelle got the first two votes, from Angela and Ronnie, and Angela got three votes from Jill, Tyler, and Michelle. The next four votes were all from Chris, Devon, Brendan, and Gavin, for…Tyler. Tyler was upset, wishing he had just tried to campaign against Michelle. “Shouldn’t have staged a fake fight,” Tyler said to the group. Jill was upset to see her best friend go, and Michelle realized that her days truly were numbered.
