SURVIVOR: RANDOMIZED Episode 5

Apr 22, 2020 by SurvivorGames
imagePREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: With Lucy out, Chris felt like he had nowhere to go, and talked to Brendan. “What happened dude?” he asked, and Brendan said that Lucy and Tijuana were the weakest in challenges, and that was ultimately how it was decided. Chris wished he had been in the loop, but Brendan assured him he was okay. Brendan told Gavin and Devon that Chris would still work with them. Devon was ecstatic, as he had blindsided Lucy and still got Chris on their side at the end of the day. Tijuana, once again being on the outside of the vote, wanted to go look for an idol, and searched effortlessly. Jamie caught her, and went back to camp to tell Rocker. Rocker said “Oh she’s gotta go next,” and then Rocker proceeded to tell Ronnie. “Your girl T is looking for the idol,” he told Ronnie. Ronnie didn’t know whether or not it was a good idea to trust Tijuana, who he had been aligned with, knowing she was running around trying to find idols and make big moves. Little did anyone know that there were no idols on the season. On the Tigers tribe, Willard was lazy around camp, and Ken S and Jeff couldn’t stand it. “Honestly, I can’t wait to boot Willard out of here,” Jeff said. Jeff and Ken S talked to Kenny and Tyler and told them that they had to all vote together with the girls to vote out Willard. Kenny knew that he was working with the girls, as did Tyler, and Kenny knew that it was risky to side with Jeff and Ken S in any capacity, as they were tight, strong, and flipped in the last vote. Kenny told Michelle that Jeff and Ken S wanted to go after Willard, and Michelle responded, “That wouldn’t be the worst idea, I just need to make sure that this doesn’t give Jeff and Ken any momentum going forward.” At the immunity challenge, Willard was able to sit out, as the tribes had to go head to head in a Survivor-style basketball game, involving throwing coconuts into nets, while opposing defenders would try to block. First to three goals wins. Ken S was the strong shooter on the Tigers side, but the defenders weren’t there. Thanks to John Rocker’s skill and Brendan’s leadership, the Ostriches were able to win immunity. “It feels great being the leader of the tribe and leading them to victory,” Brendan said, “I’m excited to have the night off.” At the Tigers beach, Jill, T-Bird, Angela, and Michelle met to discuss the women’s alliance plan. “I think we need to split up Jeff and Ken S,” Angela said, but Michelle argued that Willard was a sitting duck, incredibly lazy, and not on anyone’s side. “Why go after someone who has no friends?” T-Bird argued, “when we could use him as a number.” Michelle was a bit annoyed that T-Bird and Angela were taking leadership of the alliance, but decided to keep her mouth shut. “Which one is more dangerous?” Jill asked, “Ken or Jeff?” Michelle chimed in that Ken was the bigger decision maker. Before the vote, Jill told Tyler that the vote was not going to be Willard, which surprised Tyler. “I feel like I’m being kept out of the loop,” Tyler said. Michelle told Kenny the plan as well, and Kenny thought it would just be smarter to vote Willard. At tribal council, Willard said that he didn’t feel like he was in much danger, for he was doing his part around camp. Ken S laughed and said that he felt like Willard was the laziest person he had ever seen. T-Bird said that the tribe was gelling pretty well, and it would be a shame to see anyone go. Tyler was worried that he would be on the outs after the Devens boot, but hoped luck was on his side. Ken S and Jeff voted for Willard, while Willard voted for Angela. Jill, T-Bird, Angela, and Michelle, along with Kenny and Tyler, all voted for Ken S, and sent him packing in a blindside. Ken S was shocked, but Jeff felt even more surprised. Willard was surprised to get some votes, but shrugged it off.
