PREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: Kelley knew she had to pull a last resort, and decided to make a fake idol and plant it where she knew an idol could be found by someone else. With the only idol left, Kass knew she was probably safe into the next round but she didn’t want to go into the final five with a 3-2 disadvantage, so she needed to tell the Villains about the idol to ban together and try to play it right. Angelina and Natalie were excited, and said they would try to get a read on the Heroes. Unfortunately, Natalie was a bit worried that Kass was making a ton of big moves and would beat them in the end. Kelley knew she was on an island by herself and that she needed to make a move. She decided to try her best in the immunity challenge and hope she could win. Malcolm knew that because there were still 6 people left, there was probably an idol still to be found, considering Aubry and Kelley both played them last episode. He kept searching in the jungle, but had no luck, hoping to compete hard in the challenge and win it. At the challenge, it was told that the final six would stand with a ball rolling through a track. Every few minutes, another ball would be added to the course. If the ball fell and hit the floor, they were out. They took their places. Kass was first to drop, but knew she was okay because of her idol. Angelina was next, followed by a disappointed Malcolm. Kelley was next. It was down to Natalie and Aubry, and Natalie knew she had to hold all of the power in her hands, but Aubry overcame and outlasted her, winning her next immunity! Aubry cried, knowing she was safe and in the final five. Back at camp, Kelley wanted to make sure she survived another day, and knew that she had to vote with the Villains, considering they weren’t going to split. She told the Villain ladies that it would be great to have a final five of all women, and Malcolm should be next to go, which would weaken Aubry for the next round. Malcolm and Aubry had a plan to vote for Kass, now that she had played an idol a few tribals ago and probably didn’t have another, but knew they needed to get down to business and find an idol themselves. They searched high and low, hoping to do it, and finally, right before having to leave for tribal council, Malcolm found it. The villains seemed on board to vote out Malcolm, but Natalie wondered what she should do if Malcolm were to pull out an idol, and considered putting a stray vote on Kass just in case. At tribal council, Malcolm said that it was obvious the Heroes needed to target the Villains, but knew that there was always something up Kelley’s sleeves, and anything could happen. Kelley said that it had been the most insecure she had felt all competition, but hoped that playing her idol now made her seem like less of a threat. When voting, Natalie wanted to make a big move against Kass, but knew she had to wait a few more weeks till the Villains had a majority of the votes. After the votes, Malcolm rose to play his idol. It turned out that the idol he had played was completely FAKE, and he seemed distraught. Kelley started chuckling, and Malcolm realized that he had found a fake idol she made. Kass knew not to play her idol, since she knew Kelley was with them. When the votes were read, the first two came for Kass, while the rest all came for Malcolm. Malcolm was upset, but proud that he made it so far on this go. Aubry realized she was officially alone and needed to win immunity or hope for a crack in the Villains. Kass was happy, knowing she was going into final five with an idol, knowing she could only play it one more time.
