SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS- REVAMPED Episode 7

Jan 5, 2019 by SurvivorGames
imagePREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: Back at the Heroes camp, Malcolm and Aubry were pissed at Kelley and Keith, knowing they had flipped to get out Denise. Kelley defended it, saying that she thought it would even the playing field by getting the winners out. Malcolm knew he could’t trust Kelley going forward, but hoped to try to strike a deal up with Michael. Michael had hoped to see the tides turn, but didn’t know how he’d go about flipping since he had just showed his loyalty to his Big Hero 6 alliance. At the Villains camp, Abi still had her sights set on getting rid of Rodney and Rodney knew that Abi and Kass didn’t want to work with him, proposing to Dom that they vote out Abi next chance they get. Dom didn’t know where he stood, and would wait to see what happened in the immunity challenge. In the challenge, it was revealed that each tribe would select only ONE person to compete in the challenge, and the loser would lose immunity for their team, but receive their own immunity. If the teams couldn’t decide on one person, they’d both automatically go to tribal council. The Heroes talked and Malcolm volunteered, knowing he’d like to be safe if they were to go to tribal council, but Aubry was nervous, since she’d be the obvious boot if Malcolm were to lose the challenge. Aubry suggested Michael to do the challenge, which annoyed Malcolm. Seeing that this was causing some tension between Malcolm and Aubry, Kelley chimed in to support Michael, and Michael was decided by the tribe to do the challenge. Abi had a plan to throw the challenge, trying to get Rodney sent home, but when she volunteered, she was overridden by Rodney, who wanted to compete. The tribe seemed to want Jay to compete, but Rodney argued that he was the best chance they had. The tribe selected Jay, pissing off Rodney greatly. It was Jay vs. Michael in a super agile obstacle course ending in a puzzle. Jay took the early lead, being a whole few years ahead of Michael. Aubry was nervous that they’d lose the challenge, and decided to help Michael with the puzzle by shouting out some tips. Since Michael and Jay’s puzzles were different, Jay was listening to Aubry, but getting confused. Michael, however, was able to come back and win it. After the Heroes won immunity, Jay was confused why he was so lost, only to realize that they had two separate puzzles and Aubry’s directions only helped Michael’s puzzle. Jay was embarrassed, but knew he had immunity at tribal. He apologized to his tribe back at camp, but knew he had Angelina, Natalie, and Dom either way. The four of them met, knowing it was obviously Abi vs. Rodney. They knew that if they kept Abi, they’d have her and Kass on their side, and could go six strong going forward. But Rodney was the biggest challenge help. Natalie asked if they thought the four of them could carry the tribe without Rodney. Natalie thought that Rodney was the bigger threat in the long haul, and could also hurt their game if they went to the merge.. Jay thought Abi may be more of a handicap going forward. The four had a big decision on their hands. Abi decided to go looking for the idol just in case, and Kass felt guilty knowing she had it in her pocket. At tribal council, Abi said that she was nervous it was going to be her, but hoped that she could plead her loyalty to the rest of the tribe. Rodney said that Abi was nothing and wouldn’t contribute anything to the tribe. The two got into a big argument. Kass debated using her idol, but figured she’d save it for when she really needed it. When the vote was revealed, Abi received three votes from Rodney, Jay, and Dom, while Rodney received votes from Kass, Abi, and Natalie. It was down to Angelina, who sided with the women, and voted out Rodney, sending him packing, ending his chances of winning.
