PREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: The Marvel tribe was hoping to get another win on their belt, but knew that they were lacking some sort of cohesive leader, because T’Challa was upset about Cap’s elimination and still wasn’t sure about Tony. Wade knew he was on the outs of his tribe and decided to make a move, trying to pit T’Challa against Tony. He knew that the easiest way to go about it was through the girls, and he told both girls that Tony was targeting them. He told Tony, however, that T’Challa and the girls were plotting against him and Peter. Both parties were confused. At the immunity challenge, it was obvious that the Marvel tribe was low on their mojo, and in an obstacle challenge, Barry’s speed helped lead the DC tribe to victory yet again. Back at the Marvel camp, Wade knew he had caused some trouble and decided to just sit back and hope for the best. The girls tried telling T’Challa that Tony was targeting them and T’Challa tried to seek it out. T’Challa told Tony that Wanda and Natasha felt targeted, and Tony shut it down right away, saying that he was never planning on targeting either of them. He approached Natasha and Wanda to talk with the whole group without Wade. Tony said that there was no intention to get rid of anyone but Wade. The group made up and set their sights on Wade. However, Wanda still didn’t trust Tony, and Natasha tried to reassure her she was fine, but Wanda couldn’t tell who was telling the truth. Natasha told Tony that Wanda was freaking out a bit, and Tony was annoyed and knew that they should probably just vote out Wanda for her paranoia. At tribal council, T’Challa stuck with the original plan to vote out Wade, while Wanda’s paranoia voted for Tony. Tony, Peter, and Natasha decided to vote for Wanda, against Natasha’s heart, but knowing it was probably the best move. Wade put his vote on Tony, since he had tried to pit the two sides against one another. Before the votes were read, Wanda wanted to make sure she lived to see another day and played her idol, surprising the entire tribe except for Natasha, who knew. Natasha was proud that Wanda made a move, but worried for what was coming next. As the votes for Wanda were negated one after the other, a vote for Tony and a vote for Wade appeared. The final vote was cast for Tony, sending Mr. Stark out of the game, disappointing T’Challa, Natasha, and Peter. Wanda played the idol right, but now it was no longer in the game. The Marvel tribe was now broken and lacking in numbers, and they knew they needed some unity or they’d be in some danger.
