The restraint to be a mod, like if someone legitimately got angry at me for not responding to their report they sent at 2 am I'd be posting their mails on the blogs page and encouraging targeted harassment

These moments are really some of the most entertaining moments of it all though. We will consistently get attacked for "not doing anything" when quite literally all of us are offline (which Tengaged does in fact tell you if we haven't been on since whatever event happened).
