Who are confused on simple Maths problems, read this
Any finite number * 0 = 0
But when you problems such as 1*2-7 3*(6 1), remember the rule BODMAS , which stands for Brackets, Order , Division, Multiplication , Addition , Subtraction
do the mathematical operations in that order
So let us solve that question, FOLLOW BODMAS
1*2-7 3*(6 1)
Step 1 : Brackets
1*2-7 3*(7)
Step 2 : Order
None, so it will remain the same
Step 3 : Division
Again none in this question, move on
Step 4 : Multiplication
2-7 21 (just multiply the 2 terms which have a * sign between them)
Step 5,6 : Addition and Subtraction
Just Go in order........
2-7=-5 ; -5 21=16 and that's your answer
Final Answer : 16
Other Info
there are some indeterminate forms in maths, and those are
0^0
0/0
1^infinity
Infinity-infinity
Infinity/infinity
0*infinity (that's why I wrote in the beginning that 0 * any ''finite'' number is 0
Infinity^0
These indeterminate forms are basically forms whose exact value cannot be determined for obvious reasons........one can think of many ways but that's not how it is done
The value is calculated by using limits, which you will hopefully learn in high school
Anyway this blog was for idiots who answered wrongly on that Maths blog, here are some practice questions for you(i feel like a 5th grade teacher -_-)
Now solve those using BODMAS, remember whenever you don't know what operation to do first, just think of BODMAS and do the operation which comes first, use a little brain
I'll give the answers after this blog expires, and srsly guys do it it's easy and will help you
