if I was you I would start with something like Cutthroat (season 20) or Free Agents (cant remember the number of the season)

I think the challenge eras are

-season 1 through gauntlet 2.
-Fresh meat through cutthroat.
-Rivals through now

There's a pretty distinct gap between gauntlet 2 and fresh meat that's for sure.

So, I would start from Fresh meat 1 if you were able to find streaming links.
