i think i have reached "regular" status at my new gym
ive been living in madrid spain for the past month and when i joined a gym all of the huge ripped european dudes were eyeing me like the big guys always do to the gym newcomers
however ive been gonig 5-6 days a week every week and all of the huge dudes now nod at me and i think i have gained their respect
couple days ago the gigantic intimidating portuguese man who looks like he eats babies for breakfast struck up a convo wtih me and greets me now when he sees me
fuck ya ive also gained a lean 15 lbs in the past few months ive been killing it this summer yall
i did chest 72 hours ago and yet my front delts are still sore as fuck and my range of motion is limited. i could only get through 3 sets of overhead press and then my rotator cuffs hurt so bad i had to rest for like 20 minutes before continuing my shoulder workout. shoulder pain is the WORST
