Paul figured it out! Apparently there are 12 envelopes and only 1 envelope gives an automatic trip back into the house after eviction. You can only open the envelope after being evicted. Anyone can go in there, but they have to figure out the code. Paul "doesn't want to risk it", in giving it to others.
