I'm moving out of my place at the end of this month, and my landlord has been having many showings of my suite.
I found that most of his showings usually fall through. Like today, I left at 1 pm and checked to see if anyone was parked out front, not a soul on the block. I drive by at 1:30 pm after doing errands to see if anyone even showed up. He's parked out front with his eyes glued to his phone.
It's 1:53pm, and he's still parked out front waiting for them to show up.
So glad to be moving tho.
