I laughed pretty hard.

He said Gordon Ramsey and Joe Cerniglia both came to the Restaurant he was working at in Paris. He was talking about Joe, and mentioned he passed away a few years ago.

So I asked him if he was more intense or down to earth in person, and he fucking said "Well he is now" LOOOOOL
