Hello again Tengaged! As you may remember, I am trying to collect money for a fundraising campaign. I have decided to try a new approach to collect small donations from the site.
Here is an excerpt from the charity’s website to understand where your money would be going toward.
“In today’s world, there are millions of forgotten children needing care and protection. They are the poorest, the most vulnerable, the exploited and the abused. Honduras is a small, developing country where the struggle for human survival is often catastrophic. Thousands of innocent children live in unthinkable conditions of squalor and violence.
In desperation, teenage Honduran youth often migrate to cities in search of a better future. There, unemployment, hunger, disease, drugs, and gangs await them.
The primary focus of our foundation is to create opportunities and sustainability for countless neglected youth of Honduras. We help support five impoverished and isolated communities with medical and educational supplies as well as water and food for the communities.”
So you might wonder where does TG come in? I have decided instead of offering for $5 from you, I want just simply 50 cents.
🎁Everyone who Venmos the charity’s venmo will be entered into a gift giveaway. For every 50 cents you donate, your name will be entered. If you donate 2 dollars, your name will be entered 4 times!
🎁For every $5 I raise from Tengaged, I will increase the amount of gifts to giveaway by 1. So if the total pot raised is $20, I will give out 5 gifts! 1 free gift from the start plus the 4 (20/5 = 4) Also whoever donates the most will automatically win another gift that is not associated with the raffle!
⭐️Please do consider this, 50 cents to you may not be nothing. But to these children, it goes to providing food for them they may not have without our help. While you fight other people in frooks, they are fighting for their survival.

There is actually a rule against this unless it was approved and money goes directly to a 501c group...Meaning you aren't suppose to take donations and then say you will deposit them.
.if it's a situation like relay for life etc that can be directly donated to (gofundme isn't 501c for those curious) that can also he done...
The owners of the charity have spokemm to our class 3 times and approve all of our fundraising, so next time you copy paste a comment from the last blog try to ask me first 2388
