My bank recently was bought out by another bank, fine, whatever.
they locked me out of my account for some reason, says to call them. I have called them 10 times, their waiting times are over 3 hours, annd eventually, THE CALL JUST FUCKING HANGS UP ON YOU AND YOU HAVE TO START ALL FUCKING OVER AGAIN
FINE ill go online to their "chat with agent" thing. I select the number im supposed to hit. "Sorry, I'm just a bot, I dont understand this." ITS A NUMBER YOU TOLD ME TO TYPE TO GET TO A SPECIFIC DEPARTMENT.
"agent" "help" "agent" "help" "agent" "help" over nad over and over again and "finding an agent!" does nothing. NO AGENT EVER GETS CONNENCTED TO CHAT.
So these mother fuckers are gonna lock me out of my bank account and not contact me to help me get back into it? Hold my money hostage, literally, are you fucking kidding me? As soon as I get a real person Im cancelling this bullshit bank account. who knew people in the banking business could be so fucking incompetent and un-ready for a merger. Fuck BBVA.
