imageOn April 20th, 1999, two students from Columbine High School in Columbine, Colorado embarked on a rampage killing 12 students, 1 teacher, and injuring an additional 24.  The events of the Columbine High School Massacre changed the lives of many. Although you may not have been affected by this event, or even alive during it, please take time to remember this monumental tragedy.

pauladeen I wanted to focus on the victims and thought the image I chose was more appropriate. I also completely eliminated the killers names as they are not the focus of this blog.

I was only 21 when this happened, fresh outta high school 3 years prior and this shook me to the core.
