What with the illegal designs?

I have seen to many designs with people changing the arms and designs that have more than one item included... as well as masks (one I made got deleted and someone put the same shit up 2 weeks later and it auctions  for 400t) What are the rules nowadays? It seems like anything goes

no i spamed 2 designs to the top but then they deleted it i think they were waiting for me to spend hours spammin before they deleted it
