Section 1- All children have the right to be born, to unionize in school, to be paid for physically laborious chores, and to protections of the first, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth amendments with in the home, and school.
Section 2- All persons currently attending public education have the right to elect all administrators who reside in their county or district there of.
Section 3- All laws local, state, or federal, or cases decided, in contradiction of this amendment are hereby repealed or overturned.
Section 4- All children under the age of 18 who pass a written test, testing the basic knowledge of the government hereby have the right to vote in federal and state elections.
Section 5- The federal government has the authority to enforce this amendment.
