zachbbs I googled it. Very interesting, I guess it just comes down to the individual needing to be responsible with them. There are no scooters in my area, so when I took a trip to Dallas and saw/tried it for the first time I thought it was fun.
Thinking about it though, any vehicular type thing is dangerous.
They're super fun actually!! And a lot better than walking if you have a distance to go. Minneapolis has them from June-September, then they take them away for the winter.
