So I am a ORG host from Discord but I like this site, would people do non live competitions over Discord and talk to each other on there if I was to do a group game or do people just like Skype. I feel people would get a lot more time on challenges if I did the discord way. Live comps would be on tengaged but I just want opinions before I start planning.

Discord and TG have two very different communities so I think mixing them would only pull in parts of each. But if your season is strong enough, I'm sure you'll be able to pull it off :D
