I’d just like to give a filler update, nothing maaaassive, but at least it’s something, and something you all stress about here on tengaged. #Logistics. Here are some things I’ve come up with to detect and combat common logistics issues on tengaged.

First things first. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MARY. Respond to Kaylabby ’s mail regarding #stage8teen , because we need this information to be able to determine the budget moving forward. The target is 250 responses, we’re currently at 45! Any upgrades to the website will cost money and we need to know what we’re dealing with. I’d like to upgrade the server, and host it myself, so I don’t have to go through a company like Amazon.
Moderation;
Moderation is going to have several accounts on stage8teen, all specializing in a part of the website. Each account will have a different tool to help make moderating easier for them. I.e. @Blogs_Moderation will have a special tab that will allow the moderator to see every single blog that was posted since their last log in, and they will be logging in on a daily basis, checking this special tab, and reading all the blogs, scanning for rule breakers.
Moderator Bias;
Moderation has been a huge issue on tengaged, due to the fact that moderators are playing in the games as well. I’ve found two people that I know for sure don’t know ANY of you hooligans. Eventually, there will be more.
Cheating in Comps;
Instead of trying to come up with a program to detect cheating. I’ve come up with a way to fairly pinpoint the cheaters by hand. Much like @Blogs_Moderation, @Games_Moderation will have a special tab on their account, allowing them to see every game played in the time since their last log in, and every game will be scanned over, and all the comp scores will be listed. For the first 10 weeks of the website, we will not serve out any bans, but instead, make a spreadsheet with all of the comp scores, and figure out an average score, any outliars to the data set will be flagged, once a player gets 3 flags, they will be punished for cheating, but may appeal for a repeal.
So will your mods be paid? How are you planning to make money with the site?
Sounds a bit ridiculous to have unpaid mods who are expected to look over every blog and game from the whole time they're offline if that's your plan.

These moderators are my friends, and met them on other websites. They're willing to be free moderators until my site gains enough traction for them to be paid. If you have any ideas, send them to Mr. VegasBoy94 , we're going to be coming up with all of the competitions, and hopefully we will have 25-50 luck based comps, and 25-50 skill based comps. In each game, there will be a different ratio for how the comps play out, like in the "Mass Evict" game, aka Fastings, the veto will have a 50% chance of being pulled from the luck pool, and a 50% chance that the comp will be pulled from the skill pool.
Kaylaybaby is a immature child. I can't take anything she does seriously. She's done too much ridiculous stuff on TG.com
Love what you're trying to do here, I hope you're able to get a decent group of people to support you.
Why no just figure out what the max score is possible. If they go over they get punished. Cause what if everyone sucks at a game and the best player is miles better

I will not get involved in the drama between any of my team members and the public of tengaged. What I will ask is that from this point on, all of them will clear their filter list, and I will ask them to uphold themselves, and this project in the most professional way possible.
With that being said, this is not Kaylabby's project, it's my project that Kaylabby has volunteered to help with. Personally, my relationship with Kaylabby has been great, she's always been a great friend to me. All I ask from you is that you don't see Kaylabby as the person sending the mails, but you see my name as the sender of those mails.
MrBird #stage8teen is going to go up no matter if tengaged is renewed or not, in the event that tengaged is renewed, I will put up #stage8teen and have a healthy competition with tengaged. As much as I love this little dumpster of a site, I do plan on knocking it out of the park.

Because there will be no "perfect" or ma score in any of the competitions, I've always hated leaving things at a tie for the algorythm to break. The algorythm is unpredictable, and I hate unpredictability in a game. I want to know what's happening and leave nothing to chance.
The way the average score will be calculated will be much more complicated, and the way it will end up, is that the top 0.5% of scores will cause a flag, because nobody should ever genuinely get a score that high every time they compete. The bottom 1.5% of scores will not be calculated into the average.
The avatars will be similar, but not the same sizing or anything. I love the way tengaged avatars are now, but sadly, designs on here got so screwed up with all the permissions, it would be better to start from scratch.
