You've all asked for it and here it is; the ultimate improvement to group games. PAYOUTS!! In stage8teen ORGs; there will be an opportunity for you to gain the sponsorship of the stage8teen moderation team, and the winner of your group game will receive payments from us. Rather than you giving away your hard earned T$. The only requirement is a functioning, and fair game. Here's how it works!
PRIOR to the player application process beginning, you will send in an application to the moderator, including all the information of your game; the format, any twists you plan on implying, and the comps you plan on conducting, along with the order of comps.
The moderator will take a backseat in your game; making sure you stick to the plan that you sent us.
As long as you, the host, stick to the plan that you sent us, you will receive free advertising for your next season, and you get to communicate with the games team to decide on a fair payout (Karma & T$).
I'd also like to find a way for the host to earn money for hosting the game, but I'll need to think that one through a little bit more. Give me your input below!

I feel like the challenge listing is... annoying and tedious.
Like, everything else makes sense. But not challenges.
That's what all of these hoops; listing the comps, twists, formatting is for, and the moderation takes a backseat in the game, so if the poll numbers are skewed, or the votes are read incorrectly or something of the sorts, the moderator would know, and punishment would be served and the sponsorship would be lost.
Like sometimes if i have a challenge planned that needs alot of people and only 3 show up i do a quick easy challenge. Or if something comes up irl i sometimes switch to non live
That's why sponsorship is optional, if you don't want the stress of making your games perfect, don't apply for sponsorship, and stick to gifting the winner.
I think backup challenges should be added to the process. Just in case situations that islandsurvivor mentioned come up. Although it still does have some possibilities of rigging, if the backups are limited to around 3 per season or so that would limit rigging.
The host will cooperate with either the games mod, the games team, or myself (Or a combination of any/all) to decide the payout, there won't be a flat minimum or maximum, it will be fair and decided at the end of the game.
Refer to the above solution; "Backup Challenges" You'll list out what you'd like to do, and name 3 to 5 backup challenges in the event that your real life fucks over your schedule. Also, the challenges don't need to be scheduled, I just need to know the order.
I understand what your saying but sometimes I don't pre-determine my challenge order lol. Like its not even about rigging its just I plan my twists I just don't have a need to plan EXACTLY when each challenge is.
This sounds cool and totally fair. :)
The only thing, like others mentioned, is the challenges. I think setting out a list of challenges is fine but sometimes things have to be adjusted.
For example, if someone Quits or get Expelled or something, the next challenge may have to be adjusted or changed. Also if my scheduling didn't work out and I was originally planning a live challenge but want to change it to something non-live, they should be an option. I think there should be back-up challenges we can list out. Someone that's live/non/semi-live and something that can work with a multiple number of people.
Also, back to someone Quitting or getting Expelled, sometimes twists are effected too. If I was originally planning a Double Eviction that week and someone possibly quit, the Double Eviction would be cancelled.
Also sometimes if a game seems like it's dragging on or is going kind of slow or something I usually have a surprise Double Eviction or something to spice things up and try to get things more interesting again.
So how exactly would those work out?
I think the easiest way IMO would be able to list out every challenge but then be able to create one or two back-up's in case something goes wrong.
As for the twists, I think you should be able to adjust on if someone Quits or gets Expelled and be able to for example create/cancel a Double Eviction or something that is a fair and very known twist based on circumstance. Obviously if one week some twist that pops up where someone get's a random super power where there was no talk of this before would immediately create red flags but adding things in like Double Evictions and stuff I feel like would be okay.
If you read the above comments, there was already some talk about listing backup challenges. As for the twists, things happen and the mods won't be unreasonable. And twists are optional, you don't need to have one, but if there is one planned, we'd like to know about it. I really appreciate the time you took to respond to this blog. It really helps further the development of the website. Thank you!
