Previously on Survivor BVBVB….Blair found herself once again in the middle. She still chose to side with Sydney...however she made a strange play to accomplish what she wanted. In the end...Scrolldrag was voted out...and became the fifth member of our jury
When everyone returned from tribal, absolute hell broke loose. Sydney started hammering Blair with questions. Blair responded to Sydney that she simply voted her out..but then regretted it. Later Blair pulled Sydney aside and explained what really happened. Blair explained that “she wanted Scrolldrag out, but she wanted to flush the idol so that a new one would be hidden so that she could find it”. Sydney responded that she wished she had told Blair about her plan ahead of time. Blair responded that she understands why she is upset...but she needed to take the game into her own hands.
Meanwhile….Ji and Cal both were extremely upset about the events that had occurred. They had no idea why Blair had voted with them to just in the end flip back and protect the trio AGAIN. Cal explained that he would talk with Blair...but they are really screwed now.
After this conversation Blair finally explained the full truth in a confessional
“Okay so this is why I did what I did. I wanted Scrolldrag out, however I needed Sydney to play her idol. The reason i needed her to play the idol is because I need to break up Parvati and Jasoi. But if Sydney still has the idol I fear she would play it on Parvati. I still think the two are a duo. My goal this vote is to turn Sydney against Parvati. It is going to be tough...but I will try my best.”
Meanwhile…..Parvati/Sydney/Jasoi had a discussion about the vote prior. They all agreed it was fishy...and that they were confused. Parvati responded...I will say...Blair made a move that didn’t hurt us. Yah you lost your idol, but the person we still wanted to leave left. Right? The two agreed, and said that this wasn’t the time to get Blair out. Sydney said I think we should take out Cal when we get the chance. What if he was in on the plan, and Blair and him have a secret final 2. The three then agreed to talk more after the immunity challenge.
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE TIME:
*Jasoi wins immunity*
Jasoi confessional: “It feels so go to have won immunity. I truly feel protected now. At this point we need to ensure that Blair and Cal are broken up. My first goal when we get back to camp is to approach Ji”.
When everyone returned from the challenge, chaos errupted. First Jasoi approached Ji and asked him where his head was at. Ji mentioned that he had not really done much concrete strategy on this vote. Jasoi explained that he thought that Cal and Blair had a F2 and the last vote was a plan that the two had conspired about before hand. Ji agreed that this was a possibility..and that he was open to voting with them. Ji asked who they were planning to vote out? Jasoi said most likely Cal because he is more of a hidden threat. They can easily take out Blair next vote. Ji agreed to this and then the two broke up
Meanwhile...Cal gathered Blair and asked her what was going on….Blair said this WAS the time to take out Parvati. They had Ji, and then Blair could get Sydney to vote with them. Cal agreed to this and the two broke up to get the work done
Blair approached Sydney and said THEY NEED to take out Parvati. Blair explained that Parvati has played the more well rounded game, and has been a part of many moves. Sydney agreed to this, however she said she would think about it. As this happened Sydney got a confessional
“I have a really tough decision to make. I really think that Parvati is a threat...but I am worried that if she leaves..that Cal/Ji/Jasoi will turn against me. The problem is...I’m close with Parvati but I still think Jasoi and Parvati are closer...and without Parvati...Jasoi would ditch me. I really just wish Jasoi would not have won immunity”
As they are talking about this….Cal approaches Ji about the plan. Ji agrees to this, and the two break up. As the tribe heads out to tribal...we get a Ji confessional
“I am in a tough position tonight. I think Cal is a good friend of mine now...HOWEVER I don’t know if I want to cut ties with Jasoi while also screwing over him and Parvati. Also...I have trusted Blair just one two many times. However, they have a point...Parvati leaving does open up the game. She is the glue that holds Jasoi and Sydney together. If Parvati left...maybe Jasoi wouldn’t be made...but all I know...is this vote is going to be close
