The mods banned him, perhaps they found evidence and maybe you should take it up with them.

I used to be close with Jesse. I knew his typing style and presence on the site well. I’d advise looking at his comments in games, and I believe he sent concerning PMs too. Most others saw ban worthy behaviour from him. kiki4ever
