5k race today! I was mega nervous, but I DID IT! My final time was 37 mins 45 seconds, which for my first time I'm sooo pleased with, and it's something to improve on for further races too :)
I've also raised a total of £186 for Cancer Research uk too - didn't expect that, so proud. It was absolutely exhilarating - I want to do it again! #IMustBeMad!! I've attached a pic - the left one was JUST after I'd finished the race, so excuse my sweaty, messy self :p

If you just wish to read the story, you're more than welcome to :) watching somebody suffer, and worse still, die from cancer is just the worst, most heartbreaking thing. Piddu I think she mentioned on one of her former blogs about this that this was her first time running in one plus I mean the blogs titles are like jest time running in 5K lol
