Big Brother S22 Power Rankings (Top 12)

Sep 9, 2020 by PowerRankings101
imageSorry this is a tad late. I am writing this AFTER the nomination episode, but before veto, so I have no spoilers to go off of. Here we go.

12. Bayleigh Dayton- I thought Bayleigh was in a much better position, but this week’s nominations and nom ceremony prove otherwise. It looks like Bayleigh is the target, and it’s a shame that we won’t see her and Day play the rest of the season together. There was something icky about Christmas’ reasoning for nominations, so I hope there’s a dream universe where they both stay safe and go after Christmas. But it looks unlikely, and unless she gets veto, I expect Bay to be sent home this week.

11. Da’Vonne Rogers- Da’Vonne seems to be the secondary target this week, as Christmas even admitted she was guilty by association. It really bothers me that the four people Christmas didn’t mention being on her side were the four POC in the house. It’s a shame, and I hope Da’Vonne and Bayleigh can both survive the week, but I do think Day has better longevity, and for that reason, I hope she’s the one who remains victorious.

10. Kevin Campbell- Kevin won his way off the block last week. Very good Kevin. I still worry because Kevin is still an outsider in the house and always feels like a safe pawn or replacement nominee. Let’s hope he survives and gets to make some moves, because I do think Kevin has potential, he just doesn’t have the groundwork to make it all happen.

9. David Alexander- Christmas said she was tight with her alliance of 6, Enzo, and Ian…that leaves David, Kevin, Da’Vonne, and Bayleigh on the outs (again, super annoying that the four POC happen to be the four people Christmas isn’t in some sort of alliance with…). If a replacement nominee has to be made, I could see it being David, but he DOES have a power, so I do give him that credit and put him a step above Kevin for that.

8. Dani Briones- Dani is in a similar boat as Cody and Nicole, where her secrets are starting to become exposed, and she is becoming a much larger threat. My thing with Dani is, she is not only being targeted by people outside her alliance, but she has people IN her alliance targeting her, like Cody, Tyler, and Enzo. I think Dani made some big mistakes throughout this pre-jury phase of the game. Will she be okay at the end of the day? I really don’t know. But she has to do lots of damage control if she wants to survive the next few weeks.

7. Nicole Franzel- Similar to Cody, I think she is more of a target now than she was before because of Kaysar’s speech, but she is safe with Christmas. Therefore, she’s safe this week.

6. Cody Calafiore- Kaysar exposed that Cody and Nicole were tight with many people, which is true, but with Christmas in power, I just don’t see Cody being in danger because of it right now. He’s tight with all the guys right now, and Christmas is tight with those same people. Next week, it may change, but I think Cody is still in a very comfortable position, even with Kaysar’s blow up.

5. Tyler Crispen- As Christmas’s supposed number 1, I think Tyler is fine this week. He almost ran into some trouble because of the Bayleigh and Dani fight, but I don’t think this will come back to bite him THIS week. I do think he has to be really careful who he shares info with, because this is the second time info has blown up in Tyler’s face. I knock him down a few points because of that.

4. Memphis Garrett- Memphis is actually—love him or hate him, and most (including myself) dislike him—playing a solid game. He is in the main alliance, but nobody on the outs suspects it. Kaysar didn’t see it coming, Janelle didn’t see it coming, Keesha didn’t see it coming. Memphis is in a really good position. Memphis isn’t on anybody’s radar, and seems to be skating along by doing absolutely nothing. But seriously, the Lakers and Heat aren’t even in the same conference buddy…so I knock him down a spot because of that.

3. Ian Terry- This is the safest I’ve felt about Ian all season. Let me start by saying, it’s brilliant that he basically figured out the power dynamics of the entire house. He really has a good social read on the house, and used that to his advantage, getting Kaysar to expose all the info. I think he’s tight with Christmas, she used her Safety Suite +1 on him. There’s no reason to betray that trust, and potential ally. Ian got lucky with Christmas winning HOH and if the major alliance continues to implode, Ian may skate by longer than expected and really make a run at this thing. I’m really impressed with Ian’s gameplay more than anyone else on the outs.

2. Enzo Palumbo- Enzo did nominate Christmas last week, but it was to mask their alliance. I think Enzo and Christmas are tight, and Enzo should have no worry about seeing the block this week or not. Probably the safest guy this week.

1. Christmas Abbott- Tis the season. From on the block to HOH, and now in possession of a power, Christmas has had a pretty good past few days. I don’t necessarily think this will make her any more or less of a threat, but I now think she’s done camouflaging into the background. It’ll be interesting to see if Christmas makes some big moves this season or stays with the pack the way she did in 19. Listing out all her options and having all but four people on her side isn’t too bad. But also, in getting rid of Bay or Day, she’s not really switching up any of the power dynamics of the house. So, I’m not sure. But she’s HOH, she’s safe, so I’ll put her at number one.

Christmas’ whole alliance + Enzo and Ian are all safe. This leaves four people…Kevin, David, Bay, and Day. Right now Bay is the target, and I suspect Kevin or David would be the replacement nominee should someone come off the block. I just hate when a major alliance runs the whole thing, but it’s bound to change at some point, right??? Putting Christmas at number one really doesn’t feel right, but she’s HOH, so that’s just how it went. Sigh.

PREDICTIONS:

Going Home- Bayleigh Dayton
