Big Brother S22 Power Rankings (Top 14)

Aug 20, 2020 by PowerRankings101
imageIt was heartbreaking for me to see Nicole Anthony go. She was one of my favorite houseguests of recent memory, though I am happy she left knowing she fought to stay. Unfortunately, because of this, I can see Janelle and Kaysar being in some serious danger. I do not know what deals Tyler, the new HOH, has with them, but it looks like the house as a whole seems to be against them. I’m hoping for a miracle (maybe a Memphis blindside backdoor?) but this could end up being a painful week in Big Brother if those two legends end up on the block together.

14. Janelle Pierzina- Poor Janelle. Somehow, the whole house is against her, and she really didn’t do anything to deserve it. I’m hoping there’s some miracle way that she could get on Tyler’s good side, and maybe a floater like Kevin could be sent out, but it’s highly unlikely. Gotta win that veto, and I hope she does.

13. Kaysar Ridha- We did see Kaysar and Tyler make some sort of little alliance in week one, but it was part of a larger montage and we haven’t really seen them play together since. Kaysar looked upset to see Nicole go, and I think it’ll only get tougher this week, as I think Tyler’s alliance very avidly wants Kaysar and Janelle on the block together. I’m hoping for a miracle y’all.

12. Kevin Campbell- Kevin was the only vote (aside from Enzo) to keep Nicole A, so I really don’t think he’s in tight with anybody. Kevin could be the very easy boot here, but I think Tyler would gun for someone a bit more threatening. As a backup plan or pawn, I think Kevin could very well find his way on the block. Not much else to say, as he does seem so far out from all the strategy talk and alliances. My only thing that keeps Kevin slightly safer than Janelle and Kaysar is that small “Low Down Mance” with Cody (one of Tyler’s allies), though I think Kevin could still end up on the block as a pawn for sure.

11. Ian Terry- Memphis’ original plan was to target Ian, and from what we’ve seen from Cody and Enzo, we know Ian is a threat and on people’s radar. If anyone is going to get backdoored, or potentially go up instead of Janelle & Kaysar, I could very well see it being Ian. Ian has proven himself in the past with comp wins (and a damn Big Brother win at that), so there’s potential for him to emerge as the target this week. If I were Tyler, I’d want to keep the more large-profile players in the game, but it’s All-Stars, so you never know. With Nicole F in Tyler’s alliance, I could also see her pushing to keep Ian as well, which may save him. He’s not out, but he’s far from safe.

10. Memphis Garrett- I do have Cody, Tyler, Dani, Christmas, and Nicole F all in the top portion of the list, but part of me thinks Memphis isn’t safe. At least not as safe as he thinks. He really seemed to bother lots of people, even on his own side. If his alliance decides to sacrifice him, I wouldn’t be surprised (and I’d honestly be pretty hyped about it). Tyler has been very vocal about not trusting or even liking Memphis, so I could see Tyler taking the shot. If he takes the shot is the question. I think Tyler could play it safe and just keep Memphis, but by keeping Memphis, it may expose his alliance. It’s going to be exciting to see. But right now, I am not Memphis’ biggest fan and would love to see him booted this week.

9. Da’Vonne Rogers- Da’Vonne’s read has been slightly confusing this season. She isn’t totally aware of all the alliances going on and we saw from the Live Feeds that she was almost a vote to keep Nicole Anthony. I really don’t know where she stands in the house, despite being well liked by everyone. I worry that she may also end up as a last resort nomination should a bigger target come off the block, as she isn’t in that tight alliance, and Tyler would much rather put Da’Vonne on the block than Bayleigh. Only time will tell, but I hope Da’Vonne can broaden her alliances and get in with some of the power players. I’m loving her this season and hope she can make some good moves this season. Right now, it seems like she’s not in that power position just yet.

8. Enzo Palumbo- I don’t really think Enzo is in any danger, but at the same time, he did vote against the rest of the house to keep Nicole A, and he isn’t necessarily in that 6-person alliance of Christmas, Nicole F, Memphis, Cody, Dani, and HOH Tyler. If Enzo ends up on the block, I’d be a little surprised, but he’s definitely not as safe as some others. I hope he and Tyler just have a good enough natural bond to hang in there. I really like Enzo and think he has potential to really do damage in the game.

7. David Alexander- David survived this week, but didn’t do a ton of campaigning from what we saw. Maybe his plan is to lay low, but eventually, I feel like it’ll catch up to him. The good news for David is, he’s tight with Tyler, and I don’t see Tyler burning that bridge anytime soon. Even as a pawn option, I don’t think Tyler would risk it.

6. Christmas Abbott- Christmas has been in the core alliance, but nobody seems to know. She’s laying low pretty well, and while I haven’t seen her and Tyler have many 1-on-1 conversations, I do think she’s safe because she’s in with the majority. Merry Christmas!

5. Dani Briones- Dani is tight with Tyler, from what we’ve seen, but like Christmas, I feel like she’s been on the DL as well. For a high profile player like Dani, that’s a good thing right now. She’s safe.

4. Nicole Franzel- Nicole is lucky her alliance member won, because I do think she and Janelle’s tension is building and could end up exposing Nicole Franzel as a much bigger threat than she wants to be. I think having Cody on her side is going to keep her safe this week. I really do. But going forward, I think cracks will begin to emerge and Nicole Franzel may be gone sooner rather than later. I just have that gut feeling.

3. Bayleigh Dayton- Bayleigh and Tyler made up this season, and Tyler going back on his word would be detrimental for his game. If anyone beyond Tyler is safe, it’s Cody. After that, it’s Bayleigh.

2. Cody Calafiore- I think Cody gets another free pass this week, as he and Tyler have been visibly tight from the beginning. I think he’s gotten real lucky with who is in power, and it’ll be interesting to see what happens when someone from the other side wins HOH. Until then, Cody is having a great vacation. He’s safe this week.

1. Tyler Crispen- Tyler is not just everybody’s friend, but now he’s HOH. For this week, he’s obviously safe and has lots of power. I just worry that maybe Tyler will be forced to show his hand a little too early. If he takes out Memphis, he goes against his alliance. If he keeps Memphis, he may expose his alliance. It’s a tricky scenario, but I do think Tyler has historically proven to stay calm, cool, and collected. I was worried when Tyler made so many final 2 deals out the gate, but this week may draw some lines in the sand, and he may be able to step up and prove his worth as a legend in this game. I’m not mad he won HOH, I’m just upset that it means Janelle and Kaysar may be in danger. I’m hoping maybe he’ll take matters into his own hands and stir something up. Only time will tell. Expect the unexpected. This is Tyler’s week, and I’m nervously excited to see it.

I’d love for Memphis to go home this week, but because he’s in Tyler’s alliance, I think Tyler will take the shot at Janelle and Kaysar. As for potential pawns or backdoors, I could definitely see someone like Kevin taking the fall or even Ian, being a previous winner, and a threat. I do think Tyler has the potential to play it safe or make a huge move, and either way, I think we’ll see lots of success from his HOH, whether it pleases the audience (myself included) or not. Expect the unexpected.
