Big Brother S21 Power Rankings (Top 15)

David’s elimination was certainly shocking, but I definitely give Cliff props for absolutely killing the challenge and breaking the “old man” curse that typically serves first boots. Christie is the HOH, Jackson is safe from the Camp Director, Ovi won the wacktivity comp, and the first week of gameplay is on. Here we go.

15. Kathryn Dunn- Kat seems to be the immediate outsider from a social standpoint. She’s paranoid, likes to strategize to the max, and is already in a semi-showmance with Jackson (or Michie, apparently). I think she’s the first target, and unless she wins veto or somehow gets some support from Gr8ful over a backdoor opportunity or Cliff, I think Kat is gone.

14. Kemi Fakunle- Kemi’s name has been thrown around a tad early on. She just doesn’t seem to be making any serious bonds early on. Jackson picked her as the only Banished person to not volunteer for Camp Director early on. She didn’t make the effort with Jackson, and she doesn’t seem to be making the effort with Christie. I think she could be in danger. If not this week, the next.

13. Cliff Hogg III- Cliff surely seems to be much savvier of a player than most of the “older” men that come on this show, but he also still always seems to have a target on his back. It just happens when you’re the permanent outsider by age. I really want him to find an alliance and a groove and ride it through, but right now, he’s a pawn, and could go home if things go haywire. But I’d love to see him stick around and have a rootable game like Kevin or Donny, just with some actual strategy!

12. Ovi Kabir- Ovi is one of my favorites, and now that he has information about the other side (from Nick’s loose lips) and a power from the Wacktivity comp, I think Ovi is going to be one of the most powerful players here…if he can stick around till next week. The only problem is that he told Analyse about the info he knew, and this could come back to bite him. If he can survive the week, he could be really dangerous. If he survives the week.

11. Jessica Milagros- Jessica should be a much bigger target than she is. I think the Gr8ful alliance wants to get her out at some point, but not immediately. Honestly, shame on them, because she seems to be the savviest of the players on the other side of the house. Oh well. You go Jessica! I hope you find yourself with some power down the line eventually.

10. Nicole Anthony- Nicole doesn’t really have any huge ties in the game yet, but I do like her personality. She’s quirky and fun. I just don’t know with her, but I think she’s safe for now.

9. Sam Smith- Sam is the safest non Gr8ful member out there. He hasn’t rustled any feathers, and he seems to be getting along with everyone. But then again, he’s not in the Gr8ful alliance, which is why he doesn’t really stand as a contender right now. There’s gonna be a crack at some point, and I hope Sam is the one who exploits that.

8. Nick Maccarone- Nick seems like the least dramatic of the 8 person alliance, and I think that’ll really help him down the line. He’s chill and he’s super cool…but then again, his loose lips are how Ovi found out about the 8-person alliance. If he continues to do this, I don’t really know where to put him.

7. Jack Matthews- Jack seems like the most vocal strategic player of the 8 person Gr8ful alliance. This is fine for now, but could hurt him later down the line if the other side gets power, or if someone in the alliance feels overwhelmed by it. Shouting out your eviction order isn’t necessarily the smartest thing to do, especially when this game is so unexpected week by week.

6. Holly Allen- Holly is in this game? She’s the quietest player there, and being in an alliance with 7 much flashier players doesn’t help her either for screen time. For game target? Fine.

5. Isabella Wong- Isabella seems like the best one to make relationships with the other side of the house, so I think she’ll be super useful for her alliance. She’s the person in Gr8ful who can become a spy for the other side, and that’s a cool position to be in. She’s still solid in my book.

4. Analyse Talavera- Analyse is great, and I’m happy with my pre-game pick. She seems to be someone lots of people can talk to, but not necessarily the powerhouse gamer, so there won’t be a target on her back. She was able to take Ovi’s info and deliver it to Gr8ful, and despite making Nick come across less trustworthy for exploiting some info, I think Analyse did the right thing, and could be the nail in the coffin for Ovi’s game, and she could possibly take credit for the move if he goes up on the block.

3. Jackson Michie- Jackson has the Camp Director thing backing him, but even if he didn’t, he seems good with the group. I like Jackson more than I did originally, because it seems like he is actually playing with his head, and he’s not making stupid decisions. Putting up the four for Banishment that he did was smart, because he had logic behind it. This new showmance with Kat could hurt him if she stays around, but right now, I think he’s in one of the best spots of this big alliance.

2. Tommy Bracco- Tommy is right in Christie’s back pocket, and he also seems to be in Jack’s too. I like Tommy a lot, and I think he’s going to ride really smoothly, especially since Christie doesn’t seem like revealing Tommy’s relationship with her either. He just has to sit back and let everyone else do his dirty work.

1. Christie Murphy- Christie won that HOH, she has Tommy in her back pocket, and all of Gr8ful on her side. I like Christie, and I think she’s going to use this HOH wisely, and not really be a huge threat because of it. If she can play her first HOH like Tyler, she may be able to make a run, and if she makes it to the end, maybe win.

I really don’t know if I like Gr8ful or not. Some people are good, some are bad, and some are so questionable or invisible. My favorites are Ovi, Sam, and Cliff, all on the outs of the alliance, and I’m liking Jessica and Kemi more than I did initially. I don’t know how I read this season yet, but Kat seems to be public enemy and I expect her to go.
