imageSo Chris went home. As predicted, but not as expected in the fashion he went out. As for T, I didn’t think she’d crack that early, and now my top two predicted finalists for the season (Kevin and T) are out. So now I have to rethink the season. At this point, the chances of a Veteran winning are slim…very slim.

11. Scotley Innis- Scotley took a seat on the back burner (not literally, imagine what Ramsay would’ve done)…and I can’t say it paid off. He messed up some of his fish, and I think out of all the men on the Red team, he’s probably the most vulnerable right now.

10. Gizzy Barton- Gizzy was supposed to become a leader, and she seemed nearly invisible again. Her challenge performance was weak, and she didn’t stand out in service. I’m worried that Gizzy just won’t be able to get it together, and if the women lose, I could see Gizzy going home.

9. Kanae Houston- Kanae had a bad service. Unlike Heather, we haven’t seen Kanae bounce back from something like this. I hate to say I’m worried for Kanae.

8. Heather Williams- T going home could help Heather out a whole deal. But it seems like people are losing faith in Heather, which could turn out to be a disaster. The good news, however, is that Heather is very confident in her abilities and seems like she can bounce back. Her ego also isn’t as big as Kevin’s or T’s which gives me the utmost hope that she’ll be standing in the end with a black jacket.

7. “Motto” Chris Motto- Motto didn’t do well at all in the challenge, and his service performance also seemed a bit weak. I think he has a big ego, we’re just not seeing it as blatantly as Scotley’s. Also, without his cheerleader Chris around, maybe we’ll see Motto get the boot sooner rather than later.

6. Roe DiLeo- Roe is just quiet. It’s not a bad thing, it’s just not a good thing. And her challenge performance still just isn’t good.

5. Trev McGrath- Ramsay made it a point to tell Trev that he was doing the best he’s done this season, so I think that’ll either boost Trev to a front runner position or take over his ego. I’m leaning towards the ego thing, but I do think he’s fitting in nicely on the red team for now, and probably won’t go home yet.

4. Bret Hauser- Bret was solid in service this time around. His reactions to things like Chris quitting or T going home are quite big and bold, and it makes for good tv. Ramsay ain’t getting rid of him any time soon.

3. Ariel Fox- Ariel is the only Veteran right now that I could see running away with the entire thing. Bret and Trev don’t seem like winners to me, Roe hasn’t been vocal enough, and Heather took a major plunge this week. Ariel needs to keep her head in the game or the black jackets could be held by all rookies.

2. Mia Castro- Finally, Mia has a good service. Let’s keep this up Mia. You’re our only hope.

1. Jose DeJesus- Jose has been getting small content, but everything we’ve been seeing has been overly positive. This week, he and Mia absolutely crushed the appetizer station. So much so, we didn’t see them practically at all. This is amazing, and if he keeps this up, this guy could be a dark horse to win. He was the best this week in my opinion.

I think Trev had the best episode he’s had all season, and earned a fifth spot on the list. Jose and Mia are at the top for leading their services at the start, and Bret and Ariel are there because they are the most promising vets left. If Heather bounces back, she’ll join that crew. Right now, I could see Motto or Scotley being in danger for the men, and for the women, it could be Gizzy or Kanae. We’ll have to wait and see.
