This was such a STRONG week for the final four. I’m so proud of everyone left, but it also sucked to see Carrie go. So how does the top 3 rank? Let’s see.
3. Joseph Flamm- Joe had a great week cooking for his grandma, and stayed true to his simple roots. The thing is, he’s been consistent pretty much all season while Sasto and Adrienne have had bigger journeys. I still love Joe, but out of the three, I give him the third best chance of making the final two.
2. Joe Sasto- Sasto has one hell of a mustache, but an even better talent in cooking. He struggled here and there this season, but he has been on an uphill climb, killing it week after week. This was an emotional week for Joe, and he was able to overcome his emotions and use them to excel himself. He needs to push hard to get to the finals, but he is clearly a favorite to make it there.
1. Adrienne Cheatham- Adrienne is the epitome of “it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.” Adrienne is finishing incredibly strong, and finally won an elimination challenge. She only has a few more challenges left, and if this momentum continues, she’ll be our Top Chef. I never thought I’d put her at the top, but that dish was so freaking good, how could I not? I’m becoming a fan of hers, and love what she’s been serving lately.
Joe vs. Joe would be cool. But Adrienne is on such an uphill climb, that I think she’ll end up being in the final 2. As for the other two, the fact that Flamm was already eliminated before added to the fact that Sasto has had more momentum lately serves me to believe that Sasto will get to face Adrienne in the end.
