We keep seeing amazing food from the finalists, and now we have Joe Flamm back in the mix to shake things up. So who will be next to go? Let’s rank.
4. Joseph Flamm- Joe made a stumble of a return in the Quickfire, but his main dish was excellent. This is the kind of food we need to see from him if he truly wants to be the champion. I think this is a strong bunch, so Joe could find himself on the bottom with one little misstep, and out of all the dishes throughout the episode, his quickfire dish was the worst of the episode. But his elimination dish proved why he’s here to compete. I really don’t know with Joe, but I’m a big fan of his.
3. Carrie Baird- Carrie took a bit of a step back this week. While she rocked the Quickfire, she played it way too safe in the Elimination Challenge. She has to believe in herself, and I think she needs to take bigger risks. Right now, she’s doing well, but not finale-well, and she needs to be doing finale-well to make it to the finale.
2. Adrienne Cheatham- Adrienne has really stepped it up the past few rounds. She finally figured out what she needs to do to succeed. She hasn’t gotten a win at all though, which still leaves me some worry, but I do think she’s on the brink of a true breakthrough.
1. Joe Sasto- Joe has now won two in a row, and continues to dominate this competition. It looks like it’s going to be an emotional episode for him coming up, and I think he’s the one to beat at the moment.
Joe Sasto is pretty safe in my book. Adrienne has been growing so much. And Carrie has been a contender for some time. I think Joe Flamm has potential, but has had the most inconsistency (he’s already been eliminated once before). If it’s deadlocked like it was last time, the judges may result in the easiest elimination and send Joe home again.
