I was correct in Jared’s elimination, but I did think that it would be his injury that would take him out. It was, but not in the way we all thought. There are still so many duds left, so let’s see what will happen this week.
12. Robyn Almodovar- Robyn isn’t improving, in fact, she’s getting worse. She also has no trust in her team, and neither team wants her. With all of these big characters left, I don’t think Ramsay will have a problem getting rid of a few of them early on. Josh was step one, and next will probably be Robyn.
11. Manda Palomino- Manda just seems to be trying so hard, but not having much payoff. She is undoubtedly one of the weakest members on the red team, and I think her days are numbered. She just hasn’t been able to fully step up as a front runner, and continues to be on the outside looking in.
10. Barbie Marshall- Barbie looks like she’s going to face some haters again. Barbie has been able to get this far, and I think she’s not the weakest one there, but it looks like its the red team vs. Barbie, so she may be in some trouble this week.
9. Elise Harris- Elise is consistently coasting near the bottom. I sound like a broken record, but when she is on her game, she’s awesome, and when she’s off her game, she’s poison. She does have a confidence which I think is keeping her in the game, and will continue to do so until hopefully black jackets, which I don’t think she’ll get to wear.
8. Giovanni Filippone- Gio had a rough time last week, and got way too confident with the pizza challenge. But one thing about Gio that impresses me is that he is able to recognize his mistakes and fix them. He isn’t the cocky guy from his original season. And from what we heard from him, he’s definitely a team player, and I think his attitude is worth applauding. That being said, he has had some problems in the cooking field, which puts him this low. But he didn’t even get nominated for elimination because I think he is still an asset rather than a liability this time.
7. Michelle Tribble- Michelle had a bit of a dip recently, but I still think she’s a stronger chef than a bunch of these people. Manda has had issues with her, but everyone else seems to be on her team and her side, so I think Michelle may just be in a tough slump and will get out of it soon.
6. Benjamin Knack- Benjamin keeps being praised as a strong player. This week, it was by Michelle, who chose to go up against him because he is strong. I don’t see it, but apparently, others think of him as a front runner. So for that, I guess he’s safe, but I know that Robyn and Nick have already expressed issues with him, so let’s hope that may lead to his downfall at some point.
5. Van Hurd- Van is such a funny guy that sometimes, he isn’t taken seriously. Ramsay gave him a warning this week, so let’s hope it’s just strike one, and his other two strikes aren’t coming.
4. Milly Medley- Milly wasn’t heavily featured last episode, but behind all of the drama on his team, there’s no way he goes home.
3. Jennifer Normant- On a team with Elise, Barbie and Manda, there is no way Jennifer or Dana go home.
2. Dana Cohen- Like Jennifer, she ain’t going anywhere.
1. Nick Peters Bond- I’m giving the top spot to Nick again. He has been so good this season. He was on table side, which means Ramsay thought he was pulling his weight well, and he was in no means responsible of getting his team kicked out of the kitchen. Milly went to Nick for recipe help two weeks ago, and this week, Nick was the only one without any issues. Go Nick.
I think, right now, only 4 people have done pretty much nothing wrong: Nick, Dana, Jennifer, and Milly. Van, Benjamin, Michelle, and Gio have had some issues but nothing major enough to garner an elimination. I hope we lose one of Manda, Barbie, Robyn, or Elise this week. They’re just too toxic for their teams. Out of those, Elise is the best chef of them all (despite a terrible work ethic), and Barbie has the biggest underdog story. So between Robyn and Manda, one has just hit rock bottom too many times.
Birks4444 Yeah, I think Gio isn't improving, but his team didn't nominate him, which makes me think they feel he's a valuable member of the team, and we're being shown only the bad moments
Lol he left. I think Manda's leaving next, even though she was my favorite in S15. :/

I think Van is slipping too. I think him and Barbie/Jennifer won't make F8. Nick is still my winner prediction. He's the only one who hasn't slipped yet.
