Because no one likes the Liberals. They’re an inconsistent party that offers nothing of substance. Every election cycle it’s always the same with them: campaign as the NDP, govern as the Conservatives, and they always pull out the “don’t split vote uWu” every time too. Literally the only reason people vote Liberal is because they feel an obligation to, not because they genuinely like them. Most people would gain a lot more in their lives if they switch their vote from the Liberals to the NDP instead, the party that more people are willing to vote for, the party whose policies they like more, and the party that has the more respected leader. And if this election is a sign of anything, Canadians are more than willing to sign another goddamn Liberal empty check when they know better than that. The Conservatives are dogshit, but pretending that the Liberals aren’t just a red version of them is even more dogshit Maxi1234
