non-stop, 2-3 days a week. Pretty sure they are trying to be an aspiring rapper as I can hear what sounds like a dj booth/microphone and them rapping (he's awful btw, ain't gonna make it big so he just being a cunt for nothing). Anyway I emailed the apartment people to tell them about it but I can't imagine nobody else has complained in the past. What are good ways to get revenge if the email does not work? I can't mustard his door cuz I sent the email so they'll auto know it's me. Need less subtle ways to get back.
