It has to do with gun control. American gun laws are too loose, and Canadian Common Law can sometimes make our gun laws look too strict. My nazi cousin and my sister complain that gun laws suck in Canada because they're too strict. But they're literally not. People in Canada can go to jail for 3 years for ONLY having a gun in their hand or their house (that isn't registered to that person or that location). AND THAT IS RETARDED. The SCC will overturn the FUCK out of that conviction. Some judges are just so fucking dumb. But that DOESN'T MEAN CANADIAN LAW IS SOMEHOW WORST ON GUN CONTROL THAN THE USA. I personally don't want to be shot up because everyone in Gatineau (this incest-stricken, teen pregnancy carrying city) is easily allowed to have a gun.
