I just started dating him idk what he likes what should i get him? He likes chocolate covered gelatin, vodka, he's gay, he's portuguese some1 help! He also likes tea and disney movies.

Okay here’s what you should do:

Go have celebratory drinks with him and say how happy you make him. When you get home have Netflix on with a Disney movie playing and see what happens. Even if it’s a movie you don’t particularly like just watch it anyway. Thank me later. ;)
