For a while now I think. I don’t even eat that much per day and I definitely don’t meet the daily caloric intake requirements for someone my age. I don’t exercise because I work full time + weekends and I just hella don’t want to under those circumstances. My organs would probably shut down. So like is there any other way to get fit/ lose weight or?

150lbs is pretty light already LOL why do you wanna lose more?
