i just got a call from my own phone number and i was really confused so i answered it and it was an automatic recording saying "your verizon account has been suspended. please stay on the line to talk to a representative". and i was really like scared cuz idk why it would be suspended... i went and logged onto the app and i didnt have any alerts or notifications. and i checked to make sure i paid my bill last month and i did... was it a scam? has this happened to anyone else?
