Nordic pop at its best. This is (unexpectedly) well produced, with a fantastic hook. If Sigrid or Zara Larsson released this, it would become an international hit. That's simply the truth tea, and I'm sipping it. It would have been an ICONIC MOMENT seeing the song with the fewest # of views winning its contest. Truly a robbery.
19. Kesha - Raising Hell (ft. Big Freedia) // Sent by Eoin

Raising Hell was one of the best late releases of 2019. Raising Hell combines Kesha's old sound while still feeling fresh. Big Freedia doesn't feature prominently, but adds a fun quirk during the (already excellent) chorus. I'm just such a fan of everything about this.

Adios to Rick's last entry on my list. Adios didn't age as well for me as I thought it would, but I can't deny the INTERNATIONAL IMPLICATIONS that it had. To be fair, I've listened to the hell out of Adios so it doesn't have the same power as it once did. I must have listened to the drop about 100 times by now. One of the most powerful drops I've heard in my life. This could have easily been in my top 10, but the 17 songs above this are just doing *more* for me at this moment in time.

FUN FACT: This song was originally higher, but I moved it down after realizing that I couldn't let a song titled "Bad Girlfriend" place higher than songs with deeper lyrical content.
Bad Girlfriend is basic but a FUCKING BOP. I've been twirling around in the shower, in my bedroom, or while driving, screeching about being a BAD GIRLFRIEND despite being a man. The chorus is incredibly contagious.
When I'm a good girlfriend, I'm good, but when I'm a bad girlfriend, I get a venereal disease.
