+15 Butter - start at the basics, nothing too fancy, but butter on toast is an all time favourite. It has to be nice butter though and melted, that salty taste in my mouth is heart melting
+30 #Marmite - now this is a controversial choice, you either love it or hate it and i'm on the loving side of this Vitamin D filled bad boy. It's a classic go to when you fancy a snack or you not feeling great/having a lazy morning in bed. love you thanks for always being there for me <3333
+45 #CurryonToast - Now I do get weird looks when i open up and let my toast eating guard down about liking this one on toast. My Nan was the person who introduced me to this first when i was a wee lil xoxo and this influenced me for the rest of my life. Either just the sauce or left overs with rice the next morning; who doesnt love carb on carb?? Seriously though dont bash it until you try it

+75 #Blackcurrantjam - This is a relatively new fave of mine. I was always a basic strawberry girl, following the crowds thinking I absolutely loved it. Don't get me wrong, there is something nice about a bit of Strawbs Jammo however i always found it quite sweet in a sickly way. Then one typical Welshy afternoon in one of our valleys, my aunty gave me some blackcurrant jam on bread...WOW. I was blown away. BLACKCURRANT revolutionised my opinion of Jams. It is sweet but in a refreshing way and since that eye opening day, I have gone through many jarfuls of the damn thing. They should make this day a celebrated holiday.
+90 #Eggs - Whether they are fried, scrambled, poached or even on the side in an omelette, eggs make a great accompanier for toast! Nothing beats a runny yolk running over your buttered toast mmmmm. Especially when you add our green friend Avocado. Not only full of protein but a tasty lunch meal most days for me too! We love you eggs.
