Does anyone else get so thirsty

That they all of a sudden need to drink an entire bottle of water?

Then after drinking it, it's like your mouth is still dry so you drink a second bottle.

Then your mouth is still dry but now your stomach hurts And it's like wtf do you do?

Bc this just happened to me and it happens like every other day or whatever too.

Is this normal?

I do this after a run.

literally i dont drink anything all die but when i run i drink like 3 bottles of water after and then the rest of the day i have no more water
