Ok so after that my neck was sore and stiff for a day but it went away eventually. But just now like I heard/felt another pop in my neck like 30 minutes ago and my neck isn't stiff but that one side, and only just that one side, hurts.
It's like a dull achy pain and it comes and goes every 20 or so seconds and I'm freaking.
I low-key think I popped or tore a blood vessel and I'm having a stoke or aneurysm or something and I'm freaking out and having an anxiety attack.
Idk what to do but this pain in my neck Is weird and it's coming and going and I'm scared ugh :(
