it should be a law that u have to abort a baby with like down syndrome or something where they really don't function correctly.
I know it sounds mean, but it would solve a lot of problems if you think about it. Also, the kid wouldn't have to go through an embarrassing life, AND the family won't have to be stressed out economically.
