Whats the craziest thing you ever seen in public? For me, it was seeing this lady parked outsside my apartment and she had her children with her (2) and one of them was in a baby carrier. This lady lit up a joint, which is cool, yenno? They were going to the retirement home across the street for a visit, but the wench blows her weed smoke on her baby!! I BANGED on the window so HARD and she jumped out of her skin, looked around, but didn't notice me.
