3 months ago… 16 houseguests entered the Nano’s Big Brother house for the eleventh season. The season theme was announced to be a horror video game franchise called Little Nightmares… and the horror would soon be unleashed on the houseguests when they were all told to hide.
The only houseguest who could not find a hiding spot was Ayleah. She was taken by “The Thin Man” and was ineligible to play in competitions for the first week of the game.
After that, the first HOH of the season was crowned. Mikey had risen to power, and he chose to nominate Luan and Ayleah. After winning the Veto, Mikey kept his nominations intact. At the end of the week, Luan became the first casualty of this terrifying season.
After the eviction, the houseguests hid from the Thin Man again, but this time, Ayleah once again could not find a hiding spot along with Eleanor, and they both were forced to sit out of next week’s competitions.
The next HOH was Devyn. She nominated DJ and Ayleah. Mikey won the second Veto competition and kept the nominations the same, and then Ayleah was put out of her misery during the eviction.
The houseguests then hid for the third time. DJ, Julian and Maria were the ones who couldn’t hide in time and were forced to sit out of competitions going into next week.
Brandon became the next HOH and nominated DJ and Julian. Tim won the Veto and decided not to use it, and during the eviction, Julian was the next houseguest evicted.
After hiding again, the houseguests who were left without hiding spots were Brandon, DJ, Cody and Maria. They all were not able to play in competitions going into next week.
Mikey ended up winning his second HOH and nominated DJ and Maria. Dani won the Veto and decided to use it on Maria, and Mikey named Gabs as the replacement nominee. However, it would be DJ who would meet his end in the game at the end of the week.
The houseguests hid for the final time, and the players who did not find a hiding place, and therefore were not able to play in competitions, were Brandon, Chris, Eleanor, Maria and Gabs.
The next houseguest to rise to power was Tim. He nominated Honey and Gabs. Mikey won the Veto and decided to take Gabs off the block, and Tim replaced her with Cody. However, the remaining houseguests decided to evict Honey during the eviction.
The hiding twist was now over, and the jury phase of the game had begun.
The next HOH was Ben. He nominated Eleanor and Cody. When Tim won the Veto and kept nominations the same, the following eviction resulted in a tie. Casting the tiebreaking vote, Ben chose to evict Eleanor, making her the first juror.
The houseguests were then surprised with a double eviction, where all the events of a single week would take place within the span of a day. Dani won HOH and nominated Chris and Brandon, but Brandon was taken off the block by Veto winner Tim. Dani replaced him with Cody, who was evicted at the end of the week.
The next person to become HOH was Devyn, who nominated Mikey and Maria. Tim won the Veto and decided not to use it, and Maria was evicted at the end of the week.
In the next week, Mikey won the HOH competition. He nominated Devyn and Tim, but when he seized all the power for the week by winning the Veto competition, he decided to use it on Tim and replaced him with Dani, who ended up being the houseguest evicted at the end of the week.
Tim won the next HOH competition and nominated Gabs and Ben. When Mikey won the Veto, he decided to use it on Gabs, and Tim decided to replace her with Brandon. The following eviction resulted in a tie, and when Tim was tasked with breaking the tie, he chose to evict Ben.
The houseguests were then shocked to hear that the 5 jurors would be playing in the HOH competition with them, and that one of them would be returning to the game. The only juror who competed in the competition was Eleanor, meaning that she would return to the game by default.
Eleanor was, however, outplayed for HOH by Chris. He rose to power and nominated Gabs and Eleanor. When Mikey won the Veto, he chose to use it on Eleanor, ensuring that she wouldn’t leave in the same week she returned. Chris then decided to replace and backdoor Tim, who became the victim of the following eviction.
The houseguests were then surprised with another double eviction. Brandon won HOH and nominated Devyn and Gabs. Eleanor won the Veto and kept his nominations the same. At the end of the day, it would be Devyn who would be evicted from the house just shy of the top 5.
Mikey won the next HOH competition. He nominated Gabs and Brandon, but when he won the Veto, he decided to use it on Gabs and replaced her with Eleanor. However, it would be Brandon who would meet his end in the game at the end of the week.
There was now only one eviction separating the houseguests from the finale. Chris rose to the occasion and won the HOH competition. He nominated Eleanor and Mikey, but Mikey won the Veto and took himself off of the block, making him the sole vote to evict between Eleanor and Gabs. During the eviction, he decided to evict Gabs.
And now… only 3 houseguests remain.
It’s been a messy season, mostly on my part… but it’s almost over.
Chris, Mikey and Eleanor have endured so much, and now one of them will be crowned the winner of Nano’s Big Brother 11.
Usually, I would host a 3-part competition to crown the final HOH. However, we will be doing things a little differently due to Eleanor’s inactivity.
In seasons 1 and 7, we have had one of the final 3 houseguests inactive, and in those situations I initially skipped over the first 2 parts of the final HOH and just had the active players compete in Part 3. However… that won’t exactly be the case for this season.
Do you remember the Little Nightmares monsters that I’ve been posting in the group page throughout the game? Well… the first part of the final HOH competition was supposed to be a memory quiz off of those monsters. I don’t want those posts to have been for nothing… so I have a plan.
I’m first going to have the active players, Chris and Mikey, do this Little Nightmares quiz. The player who correctly answers the most questions will receive an advantage in what was supposed to be the third part of the final HOH!
