Everyone: Good morning, chef!
Chef Ramsay: Today, we have some more special guests arriving. Here they come now!
Suddenly, someone walks into Hell’s Kitchen.

Two elderly women walk in. One of them looks to be in her 60’s, while the other seems to be well in her 90’s.
Assi suddenly looks happy to see them. She runs down to hug them.
Chef Ramsay: Oh, by the way, that’s Assi’s mother Parniyan, and her grandmother Rafqa!
Suddenly, a middle aged man walks in with another 60-ish woman.
Chef Ramsay: Kinsington, that’s your brother Gavin, and your mother Zavia!
Kinsington runs down to hug his mom and brother. As he does, a man and a woman who both look to be middle aged walk in.
Chef Ramsay: Vincent, we’ve brought in your parents, Max and Sheila!
Vincent runs down to hug his parents. Finally, a young woman walks into Hell’s Kitchen holding a small child.
Chef Ramsay: And last but not least, James... we have brought in your wife Christina, and your 5-year-old son Scott!
James goes to hug his wife and child.
All of the chefs get to spend a few minutes with their family members. They share what their journey has been like, and that they hope they can make it to the end.
Chef Ramsay: I hope you had a nice time with your families... because now it’s time for you to learn why they’re REALLY here.
The chefs look at Chef Ramsay in confusion.
Chef Ramsay: The truth is... your family members will be the judges in your next challenge! You’re going to cook an amazing dish using any ingredients you want... but the twist is... you’re families will NOT know which dish was made by you. They’ll blindly taste all 4 dishes, and vote for their favorite. The chef who gets the most votes will win the challenge! So make you to crest a dish that your family will KNOW was made by you. Let’s now have your families go up to your dorms.
The chefs’ families go up to the dorms and the he chefs begin cooking.
After some time, their dishes are ready to be presented.
The chefs’ families taste each dish, and after some time, they decide on their favorite dishes.
Unaware of who cooked what, and how the other families voted, here were their votes.

Vincent has won the reward challenge!
Chef Ramsay: Congratulations Vincent! For your reward today, you’ll be spending the entire day with your family at one of Los Angeles’s most stunning aquariums! I have even arranged for you to have your own tour guide! And of course, you’ll be treated to an amazing lunch afterward. Get changed and join your family inside of your own private limo!
Vincent goes upstairs to get ready for his day with his family at an aquarium.
Chef Ramsay: James... Assi... and Kinsington... instead of spending the day with your families, you’ll be here in Hell’s Kitchen cleaning out the dorms. The floors need to be vacuumed, the toilets need to be scrubbed, the beds need to be made, and everything needs to be dusted. Say goodbye to your families, and then go up to the dorms and get started immediately.
Vincent enjoys spending the day with his parents while James, Assi and Kinsington spend the day cleaning the dorms.
-Dinner Service-

Tonight, Chef Ramsay also announces that tonight, 2 chefs will be leaving instead of 1. He informs the chefs that they should be at their best tonight.
Chef Ramsay will also be having each chef take a turn at the pass tonight. Little do they know, however, that Chef Ramsay has planned a series of sabotages for each of the chefs. Each chef’s leadership was randomized on a scale of 1 to 10 three times.
Up first to run the pass is Kinsington. He is way more vocal than the night before, informing Assi of her two soupy risottos. However, he noticeably gets less vocal as he runs the pass.
Kinsington’s Leadership: 8, 9, 2
Kinsington also fails to spot the first sabotage. However, after that, his eyes are open.
Up next to run the pass is Vincent. He is noticeably the least vocal leader so far, and while he does get more vocal, he fails to let Kinsington know that one of his garnishes is raw.
Vincent’s Leadership: 3, 7, 4
Vincent spots the first sabotage easily, but afterward, he lets the other two slip right by him.
The final chef to run the pass is Assi. She has the worst start out of every chef so far... and yet, it somehow turns into the best. She goes from the least vocal to the most vocal after making it clear to Kinsington that he forgot to serve a garnish.
Assi’s Leadership: 1, 10, 7
Assi also noticed every single sabotage that came her way. Chef Ramsay was impressed.
Dinner service then ends. Chef Ramsay meets with the chefs.
Chef Ramsay: Well... I definitely have the right final 4, I know that. However... two of you will unfortunately have to leave tonight. Here’s what I want you all to do. I want you all to go up to the dorms, and individually think about everything that has happened in this competition so far... and come up with the one chef that you think should NOT be in the finals.
The chefs then go upstairs. They talk with each other.
When Assi asks who the others are considering, they all reply with her. Kinsington says it’s because she has been the most inconsistent out of everyone still in the game. When asked who she thinks is the weakest, Assi has clearly made her choice.

Chef Ramsay: Assi... who do you think should NOT be in the final?

Kinsington shouldn’t be in the final. He’s a great cook and has been improving as a leader, but I believe a leader should already know how to lead.

Assi should be in the final, chef. I think she definitely deserved to make it this far, but in my eyes, she isn’t ready to be a leader.

Chef Ramsay: Wow... thank you all for your input. Let me tell you, this was NOT an easy decision. However, only 2 of you can move on to the finals.
The camera cuts to the nervous faces of all four chefs.
Chef Ramsay: The first chef... who will NOT be advancing to the finals...

Vincent suddenly looks devastated.
Chef Ramsay: Young man, please step forward.
Vincent then walks up to Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: Let me tell you something... I don’t think throughout the entire history of this competition I’ve had a pastry chef as strong as you. You’ve been a great competitor, and you have surprised me every now and then with your cooking. However... you’re just not ready to be a leader. But listen up young man... you should really consider becoming a gourmet chef instead of a pastry chef. Because I am certain your career would take off in no time.
Vincent: Thank you for the advice, chef. Now that I know what I’m capable of, I definitely think I could become more than just a pastry chef.
Chef Ramsay: I KNOW you can. Do me a favor... keep that jacket.
Vincent keeps his jacket on, hugs Chef Ramsay goodbye, and leaves Hell’s Kitchen.
Assi, James and Kinsington are still awaiting to see if they’ve made it to the finals.
Chef Ramsay: Okay... I just want to let you know that I am proud of all three of you. It was incredibly difficult to decide which 2 of you to send to the finals... but I’ve made my decision.
2 monitors suddenly come down from the ceiling, both of which have the Hell’s Kitchen logo on them. One is suspended on the left side of Chef Ramsay, while the other is suspended on the right.
The camera suddenly cuts to the three nervous chefs, one at a time.
Chef Ramsay: The first chef... who will be advancing to the finals...

James!
James suddenly puts his hands over his face, looking happy and overwhelmed.
Chef Ramsay: James... you had a rough start, but you were able to find your voice in the kitchen, and you have proven to be one of the strongest leaders in this competition. That is why I’ve decided to send you forward.
James: Thank you, chef... I don’t know what to say.
Chef Ramsay: Just relax... you made it! Enjoy the moment.
Assi and Kinsington wait to hear who will be joining James.
Chef Ramsay: Assi... Kinsington... know that whatever happens in the next minute... I am proud of you both.
The camera cuts to Assi looking worried, and then cuts to Kinsington looking anxious.
Chef Ramsay: The chef... who will be joining James in the finals...

Assi!
Assi suddenly hugs Kinsington, seemingly crying tears of joy.
Chef Ramsay: Young lady... your fellow chefs may not have had confidence in you, but what makes you stand out from them is your determination. You’ve proven yourself as an amazing leader, and that is why I’ve decided you deserve a spot in the finals.
Assi: Thank you so much chef... I honestly can’t believe it...
Chef Ramsay: You should! You’re an amazing chef, and you deserve it! Just relax... you did it!
Kinsington is looking upset.
Chef Ramsay: Kinsington, please come here.
Kinsington then walks up to Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: Listen very carefully... you’ve been a remarkable chef in this kitchen, and I have no doubt that outside those doors your gonna have an amazing career. You have been improving as a leader during your time here... but I just don’t think you’re ready to run one of my restaurants. However, I know you’re gonna continue to have an amazing culinary career.
Kinsington: Thank you, chef. That means a lot.
Chef Ramsay: I don’t want your jacket. Hold on to that, okay?
Kinsington: Absolutely, chef.
Kinsington then hugs Chef Ramsay goodbye, and leaves Hell’s Kitchen.
James and Assi are the final 2!
Chef Ramsay: James... Assi... you’re in the finals! Congratulations! You two have worked so hard to get this far... but only one of you can become my next Head Chef. Tomorrow could very well be the most important day of your lives. You’ll have to creat your own menu’s, and you’ll have to run your own brigades. But for now... just enjoy the moment. You two deserve it!
James and Assi then return to their dorms for the night.
Chef Ramsay makes no comment about Vincent and Kinsington’s eliminations, and their pictures are not shown being burned up.
