Chef Ramsay: Good morning, everyone!
Everyone: Good morning, chef!
Chef Ramsay: Today, I’m going to let you have a second chance at a past dish that you made. I want you to pick a dish that you made in this competition that turned out to be a complete disaster, and then make it again today. Only this time... you make it good! That’s all... is everyone ready?
Everyone: Yes, chef!
Chef Ramsay: Okay! Your time starts... NOW!
The chefs then start remaking their disaster dishes. However, I’m too lazy to tell you what each chef is recreating.
The chefs are all eventually ready to present.
Chef Ramsay will judge the dishes King of the Hill style. He’ll taste each dish, and the chef with the best dish will get to sit in a special chair. Whoever is in the chair at the end of the challenge will win it for their team.
Up first to present is Vincent.
Chef Ramsay: Now this... THIS is a good dish. It’s cooked well. Definitely an improvement over the first dish. Go sit in the chair, let’s see if anyone beats you!
Up next to present is Assi.
Chef Ramsay: Wow. This is cooked beautifully. Last time you made this, it was raw. And this time, it’s delicious. But is it better than Vincent’s? Hmm...

Chef Ramsay: It’s a little dry... but other than that it’s delicious. Definitely an improvement from the first time you made this... but it unfortunately isn’t better than Assi’s. Please step back in line.

Chef Ramsay: This is stunning. To think that this dish used to be a disaster... and to see what is is now... it’s truly remarkable. It’s absolutely delicious. The question is... is it good enough to beat Assi?

Chef Ramsay: This tastes okay... but it could use a little more seasoning. It’s better than the first dish... but it still tastes bland. What a shame. Courtney stays where she is.

Chef Ramsay: This is delicious. Compared to the first dish you served to me that was like this... this is a major improvement. Is it enough to beat Courtney?

The Blue Team have won the challenge thanks to Crystal’s dish!
Chef Ramsay: Blue Team... I’ve got a great reward for you today. I have arranged for you all to be taken to an amazing virtual setting... you’ll be wearing headsets and experiencing things that you thought were never possible. Halfway through, of course, you’ll be treated to an amazing lunch. Get changed, you leave soon.
The Blue Team goes to the dorms to get ready for their day of virtual fun.
Chef Ramsay: Red Team... you were so close. But unfortunately, you will once again be receiving a punishment. Today in Hell’s Kitchen is recycling day. I need you to go through the dumpster and separate the trash from the recyclable material. Afterward, I need all trash to be taken to the dump, and the recyclables to be taken to a specially marked location I have highlighted for you convenience. Get changed into the special outfits I’ve provided, you’re definitely gonna need them.
The Blue Team enjoys their day in a virtual world while the Red Team goes through trash all day.

Chef Ramsay: Courtney! Come here... I have 3 raw racks of lamb! What the fuck!
Courtney: Sorry, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Don’t tell me your sorry, just fucking fix it!
The Blue Team’s Meat Station is also having issues.
Chef Ramsay: Marjorie... look at this. I have a pink chicken, I have a pink wellington... and then a fucking pink rack of lamb!
Marjorie: Sorry chef, I refire those right away!
Chef Ramsay: Ridiculous.
The final screw up of the night comes from the Blue Team’s Fish Station.
Chef Ramsay: Hey! Crystal! I have 4 servings of rubber scallops! Do you know how many scallops that is?
Crystal: Uhh... 20?
Chef Ramsay: 20. 20 fucking rubber scallops. You couldn’t cook 20 scallops! You should NOT be making these mistakes this late in the competition young lady!
Crystal: Sorry, chef.
After Crystal’s screw up, the rest of service goes smoothly.
After service, Chef Ramsay meets with both teams.
Chef Ramsay: Okay, I’m not gonna waste any time deciding a winner. The winning team tonight is obviously...

The Red Team. They had little to no fuck ups tonight, and all of their team members were on point for the most part. Red Team, that has to be your best service!
Red Team: Thank you, chef!
Chef Ramsay: Blue Team... half of your stations were unorganized. Tonight was NOT like your last couple of services. Go up to the dorms, have a meeting, and decide on 2 chefs you could do without. Now fuck off.
The Blue Team goes up to the dorms to discuss who should be nominated.
They waste no time making a decision. Vincent and Kinsington decide on Marjorie and Crystal, while Marjorie and Crystal suggest each other. Neither of them fight the decision, knowing they did screw up tonight.
-Elimination Ceremony-
The Blue Team meets with Chef Ramsay for elimination while the Red Team watches.
Chef Ramsay: Vincent... has the Blue Team reached a decision?
Vincent: Yes, chef. We have.
Chef Ramsay: Who is the first nominee and why?
Vincent: Crystal. She couldn’t cooks scallops tonight.
Chef Ramsay: Second nominee and why?
Vincent: Marjorie. She had at least one of every meat entree come back raw.
Chef Ramsay: Okay. Crystal, Marjorie, step forward.
Crystal and Marjorie step forward and state why they should stay in Hell’s Kitchen. Chef Ramsay asks no additional questions, but is clearly having a hard time deciding who should go home.
Chef Ramsay: This is tough. My decision is...

Crystal then says goodbye to Marjorie and rejoins her team. Marjorie walks up to Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: Listen... you have come a long way in a short period of time... and you can definitely cook. But you’ve been too inconsistent for my liking, and I now know that after tonight, you’re not ready to be a head chef. But please promise me you’ll continue.
Marjorie: I will, chef. I promise.
Chef Ramsay: Good. Now please... give me your jacket.
Marjorie then takes off her jacket, hands it to Chef Ramsay, gives him a hug, and leaves Hell’s Kitchen. Chef Ramsay wishes her luck on her way out.
Chef Ramsay: Only 6 of you left... you each now have a 1 in 6 chance of becoming my next head chef. If I were you, I would be focusing on showing me your individual talents. Get the message?
Everyone: Yes chef!
Chef Ramsay: Goodnight.
The chefs then head up to their dorms for the night.
As Chef Ramsay walks up to his office, his voice can be heard narrating the scene.
“I didn’t think Marjorie would last long in this competition, but she was able to shine once she put on a blue jacket. Unfortunately, her success wasn’t good enough to earn her a black jacket.”
Chef Ramsay hangs Marjorie’s jacket, and her picture burns up.
